Korka built a bridge, not just a store.

Kankou Elegance was founded by Korka Diatta, a first-generation Senegalese immigrant who wanted African dress to feel visible, proud, and easy to reach in America.

Each piece is handmade by Senegalese artisans, with color, fabric, and movement carrying the energy of the culture that shaped them.

Mosaan lives inside Kankou Elegance as the fashion line, so customers can shop the clothes, book the braid appointment, and still feel like they are in one warm, connected home.
